At Top Healthy Massage, your wellness and satisfaction are our top priorities. We strive to provide professional, high-quality massage services tailored to your needs. Please review our refund policy below:

Service Satisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with your session, please let your therapist know during the appointment so adjustments can be made. Once a session is completed, refunds will not be issued for services already rendered.

Prepaid Sessions & Packages

Prepaid sessions or massage packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or rescheduled for a later date.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period. Regular customers are more likely to get gift certificates.

Medical or Emergency Situations

Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions or injuries prior to meetups. Exceptions may be considered in cases of medical emergencies, at the discretion of management.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee, and any prepayment will be applied to your rescheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

No-Shows

No-shows will be charged the full session fee, and refunds will not be issued.
